Affair Recovery and Support
Healing After Cheating, Secret Relationships, and Infidelity
Without Judgment
Society loves to label the "other woman" as a heartless gold digger or a home wrecker. The reality is completely different. Most are struggling with intense guilt, low self-esteem, and deep depression. Our therapists understand because we have been there. Between lived experience and professional training, we are here to support you without an ounce of judgment.
While the facts of our stories might differ, the emotional toll is a universal language. We understand the specific shame of loving someone you should not, and the isolation that comes with it — to lose your own sense of morality, to struggle with self-worth, and to feel judged not only by the world but by yourself. We understand completely the heavy, suffocating weight of the aftermath. When you are all alone trying to figure out how you got here in the first place.
You will not have to translate your pain for us. And more importantly, we can help you find your way back to yourself. Our education gives us the tools to help you heal, but our lived experience means you never have to worry about shocking us or feeling misunderstood.
You deserve care, compassion, and the best possible treatment. That is what you will get — knowledgeable, highly skilled therapists who actually care and will help you.
Our therapists are interactive and engaged. You will not sit in silence talking into the void. You will get honest, thoughtful feedback in every session. If you are not ready to engage honestly, want an echo chamber, or are not ready to be gently pushed outside of your comfort zone, we may not be the right fit. What we do is help you align your thoughts, feelings, and actions so you can understand yourself better and move toward the life you actually want.
Who We Work With
We work with anyone navigating the aftermath of cheating, secret relationships, or loving someone who is taken — whether that means cheating, being in a secret relationship, loving someone who is committed to someone else, or trying to end something you know you should not have started.
We work with individuals who have been cheated on and are working through the grief, anger, and loss that follows. We work with individuals who have been cheating and are struggling with shame, guilt, and the consequences of their choices. We work with individuals who are or have been in a secret relationship with someone committed to another person, and who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or grief as a result. We also work with individuals dating a married or committed person who want help finding their way out.
Whatever your role in the situation, you are welcome here.
What You Are Feeling Is Real
The emotions that come with cheating and secret relationships, on any side of them, are not weakness. Depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, difficulty functioning, and a sense of profound loss are normal responses to an extraordinarily painful experience. These feelings deserve real clinical support, not judgment.
When you come to us for therapy, your insurance does not need to know the details of your situation. What gets documented is your symptoms — depression, anxiety, difficulty sleeping or eating, trouble concentrating, grief. Those are the clinical criteria that determine coverage, not the circumstances that brought you here.
