How We Can Help You
InnerSourced Solutions' staff consists of a wide array of mental health professionals, including psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, licensed professional counselors, therapists and paraprofessionals. We will work closely with you to identify treatment goals tailored to meet your specific needs, and, if necessary, connect you with other community resources that may enrich your treatment program.

Intake Forms
Naturally there is paperwork to be completed for your first visit. You will receive the intake packet electronically when you call to schedule your initial appointment. This paperwork takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and works but with Google Chrome. Alternatively, you may come into the office 30 minutes prior to your appointment to receive assistance.
Assessment
The first appointment will be for an assessment. The assessor will ask you about what led you to seek services, will obtain basic demographic and historical background information, a brief medical and mental health history, addictions, symptoms of trauma that you may have experienced and strengths and protective factors to determine how to best assist you. This appointment usually takes about an hour and 15 minutes. Afterwards, you will be assigned a therapist who will contact you directly to schedule your first therapy session.

Therapy
Therapy sessions can either be 45 or 55 minutes long, depending on your insurance. All clients are seen weekly to develop rapport and stabilize the client. As you begin to make progress or start meeting you goals, you will be stepped down to bi-weekly sessions. and you move towards discharge.

Medication Evaluation and Management
You will be scheduled for a Psychiatric Evaluation with our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or have made a suicide attempt, if you are having difficulty functioning in your daily life, or if you have been diagnosed with a medical condition that can affect your mental health. Other clients are scheduled or referred for diagnostic clarity or a second opinion.
Treatment Planning
Within the first two session, you and your therapist will work together to develop a Treatment Plan to assist you in reaching your treatment goals, and will review your Treatment Plan regularly to ensure that you are receiving the necessary services to support you in your treatment goals. If you are currently seeing another therapist in the community and wish to receive medication services through InnerSourced Solutions we will need to transfer your care to InnerSourced Solutions therapist to ensure the best quality coordinated care for you possible.
