InnerSourced Solutions' staff consists of a wide array of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, licensed professional therapists, licensed certified addictions counselors, and paraprofessionals. A care team will work closely with you to identify treatment goals tailored to meet your specific needs, and, if necessary, connect you with other community resources that may enrich your treatment program.

First, you will come in for an intake assessment. Intake assessments for new clients are completed
Monday through Friday, 8:00am -12:00pm.
You and your therapist will work together to develop a Treatment Plan to assist you in reaching your treatment goals, and will review your Treatment Plan regularly to ensure that you are receiving the necessary services to support you in your treatment goals. If you are currently seeing another therapist in the community and wish to receive medication services through InnerSourced Solutions we will need to transfer your care to InnerSourced Solutions therapist to ensure the best quality coordinated care for you possible.

Getting Started - What to expect on your initial visit and assessment
Scheduled Intake with Pre-admission Option – This gives you the option to complete and fax your intake forms from home and schedule an intake appointment that is convenient for you.
Office - Office location, phone numbers and intake times
Intake Forms - Naturally there is paperwork to be completed for your first visit. If it’s more convenient to complete your paperwork from home, you’ll find all of the necessary intake forms here. Then simply hand the forms to the front desk staff when you check in for your intake assessment.
