InnerSourced Solutions provides outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Charles County and Southern Maryland.
All child and family therapy sessions are conducted in person at our Waldorf office. Parents and guardians are required to remain on-site during their child's session. Telehealth is not available for clients under the age of 15.
As an agency standard and clinical best practice, all minor clients participate in a monthly family session in addition to individual therapy.
We provide therapeutic support for:

We can help with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral and mental health issues, including:

InnerSourced Solutions is NOT able to provide services for:

Individuals seeking to have forms completed (i.e., SSDI, FMLA, etc.)

Individual seeking to have letters written (i.e., Schedule A, emotional support animals, etc.)

Individuals where the primary diagnosis is a developmental disability

Individuals seeking only a Diagnostic Assessment or one time psychiatric evaluations

Individuals convicted of a child sex offense
